ATTENTION DEXTER’S LAB FANS!!!
We are on the brink of witnessing animation history thanks to adult swim, BUT YA GOTTA LET THEM KNOW!
For those that don’t know, “Dexter’s Rude Removal” was a fully animated, in-house production of a Dexter’s Laboratory episode that was never intended to air on television. It was meant to be watched amongst the animators of the show to amuse themselves and no one else.
This is because the episode features filthy language. Dexter accidentally zaps DeeDee with a laser which gives her a bad case of sailor’s mouth. Amongst other things, she calls Dexter a “skull-f***ing douchebag”, and yells “f*** off you f***ing nerd!!!” It’s wall to wall, unapologetic, R-rated language coming out the mouths of our favorite cartoon characters. Kids could never see it, and it’s fallen into animation myth and legend, only ever shown in public once at San Diego Comic-Con in 1998. That’s the only evidence it even exists.
But adult swim has the damn thing, and they are willing to air it. Tweet them, Facebook them, whatever, it must be shown!
